This Cinipaan Cake is a traditional Bengali engagement cake made for a client. The cake features hand made ‘paan’ or betel leaves with areca nuts, nut cracker and cardamom. It also features a tray with wrapped betel leaves, cherries and pots, as well as the client’s draping sari with embroidered details.
All features of this cake are hand made and edible.
Cake consists of victoria sponge with raspberry conserve filling and vanilla buttercream and sugarpaste covering.
